Originally, I posted this picture on a different blog.

My father left a comment, saying, "I think I will take a train to New York City soon."

That was 2005. I was living in Downingtown, I think, and working in Paoli, I think.

Also, at that time, I had devised a Postcard project involving the New York Times and 4 by 6 inch pieces of cardboard. The post said, "Five more days til postcard day!" and linked to the following information:

if i said, "send me a postcard," would you send me a postcard?

---hmm?

i'm asking because i'm thinking about this idea i had...

---i want a bunch of people to go out and get a new york times on a certain day... everyone on the same day... and a piece of cardboard four inches by six inches big and corrugated... (maybe cut from a tomato or liquor box...)

and make a postcard and send it to me. then, i'm a gonna scan 'em and put 'em up on the interweb in a pretty little package.

so anyway, would you send me a postcard if i asked you to send me a postcard?

So, my question is this:

Would anyone be interested in a new project?

Would everyone I know send me a postcard?

It'll take some sorting and planning on my part, but, who's interested?
